3. Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us. To be effective, the counter-notification must be a written communication that includes:

- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if you are outside the US, for any judicial district in which the service provider may be found).
4. Repeat Infringer Policy
Current Affairs Dekho reserves the right to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users or contributors who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
